1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the win939 platform, including the website accessible at win939.app, all associated mobile interfaces, casino games, sportsbook services, live dealer products, and any other feature or service offered by win939 (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the win939 Platform, you confirm that:

• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on win939. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Personal use: You must register and use win939 for your own personal entertainment purposes only. Registering on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

win939 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by win939 may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your win939 account. Specifically, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number;
• Notify win939 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• Not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to use your account;
• Keep your registered contact details, including your Pakistani mobile number and email address, accurate and up to date;
• Use your win939 account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

win939 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from your authorisation — whether express or implied — of another person to access your account.

win939 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights attached to it to any third party. Attempts to transfer accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on win939 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). win939 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your win939 account once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. win939 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• win939 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. This is a mandatory requirement and cannot be waived.
• Verified account withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand.
• win939 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is significant or where account activity warrants additional review.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

win939 offers various promotional bonuses to players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on win939 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded. Details are provided in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds will be forfeited. The applicable expiry period is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse: win939 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• One bonus per household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

win939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-period, any qualifying wagering already completed will be honoured on a pro-rata basis where reasonably practicable.

6 Game Rules & Betting

All casino games available on win939 are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games are independently audited and reflect the theoretical long-term return.

For sports betting and cricket wagering on win939:

• All bets are final once confirmed. win939 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious error has occurred.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win939 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or technical means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports bet;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or feature on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;

win939 employs sophisticated fraud detection tools and cooperates fully with law enforcement and gaming regulators. win939 will report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win939 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Platform;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including planned and unplanned maintenance;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes determined by certified random number generators;

win939's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win939 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

11 Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your win939 account at any time by contacting win939 support through the live chat channel. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

win939 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• win939 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• You have failed to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe;
• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, win939 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, win939 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
